Nathan Jeschke is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy in the School of Public Administration at Florida Atlantic University. He earned his Ph.D. in Public Affairs from the University of Colorado Denver. His academic work spans environmental policy, hazards governance, and policy learning, with publications in journals such as  Review of Policy Research ,  Policy Sciences , and  Policy & Politics . Nathan’s work centers on the role of hazards in the policy process, with a specific interest in the subnational context. He has contributed to numerous collaborative and applied research projects on disaster resilience, public health response, and oil and gas development. As an educator, Nathan has taught courses in research methods, environmental policy, public policy, and the policy process.
