Discover rewarding on-campus life and a coastal lifestyle envied by millions. Then request your tour or apply online. Join us as we lead the way in academic and research excellence!

Why Is FAU Your Best Choice?
Academically Rigorous. Nationally Acclaimed.

FAU, recognized for quality academics and research by the Carnegie Foundation, Princeton Review, Bloomberg BusinessWeek and others, offers 170+ degree programs spanning traditional professions to emerging specializations.

Research intensive: Undergraduates have rare opportunities to work alongside world-class faculty on breakthrough work in biomedicine, biotechnology, ocean engineering, coastline security and many other areas of global significance.

Student-focused: Our lower 22:1 student-to-faculty ratio means you enjoy the personalized attention smaller private colleges are known for, yet leverage the robust resources of a major research university.

We offer non-credit courses in a welcoming atmosphere with state-of-the-art facilities. This community of learners with no age threshold enjoys a diverse and creative curriculum, along with concerts and entertainment.
