Diego Camargo is a graduate of the Florida Atlantic University School of architecture, and holds a Master’s degree of Architecture from Institute for Advanced Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, in Barcelona, Spain. He developed his thesis with a focus on digital tectonics and their impact on the built environment. In the professional field, Camargo has 15 years of experience working in a number of well-established firms in South Florida. He participated in and managed various projects of different scales, ranging from residential to institutional. He focuses his research on public space and architectural infrastructure, digital technologies and fabrication, and biomimicry. This research has been explored in a number of temporary art installations in the Wynwood Art District, Miami.
