​​The sun is setting on Boca Beach. The bonfire is lit. It’s the perfect time to exercise three key elements of lasting happiness: good news, gratitude, and connection. All fitness levels welcome! Filled with music, interactive activities, and good vibes, The Happiness Gym is designed for a maximum of 20 participants at a time. It’s an 80-minute theatrical workout that just may change the way you live the rest of your life. No heavy lifting required.
