Overview

Our project includes the design of a new three-story fleet maintenance garage that accommodates (16) maintenance bays, (25) administrative offices, package receiving and storage areas, and rooftop parking for 150 vehicles. This modern three-story garage achieves LEED gold certification and implements state of the art technology in vehicle electrification, energy efficiency and will reduce traffic congestion in the site.

Community Benefit: This project is beneficial for the public workers as well as for the customers. This new fleet maintenance garage will quadruple the size of the existing fleet maintenance garage, where the capacity is very limited.
