Distruption Tolerant Network

Overview

Humanity is constantly seeking to learn about and protect the areas that are outside of its reach. Our project is a device that can monitor, collect, and transfer data in remote areas that do not have constant access to communication. Our goal is to have this device be modular and fit a multitude of scenarios.

Community Benefit: Our device can be used by different types of groups, such as conservationists or natural disaster response teams. These nodes can be used by forest rangers to collect data in remote areas. The National Guard could use this device during natural disasters to gather data in an area that has lost communication due to infrastructure damage.
