In Partnership with the School of Communication & Multimedia Studies

To help students, faculty, and staff in our owl community develop the skills and confidence to become effective and ethical speakers who can communicate ideas clearly in face-to-face and mediated formats.

The Speaking Center is a FAU initiative to advance the oral communication competence of all students, faculty, and staff brought to you by the School of Communication and Multimedia Studies in partnership with the Center for Learning.

We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive setting for all FAU students and Speaking Center staff. We are dedicated to implementing university values, promoting premier customer service, and establishing an ethical culture for all.
