Training Exercise Facilitator for Military Robots

Project 31

Overview

Military training is evolving rapidly with the increased integration of robotics and drones. These technologies bring great potential for improving operational efficiency, yet their use in training scenarios often lacks the realism and precision necessary for high-stakes environments. Precise tracking is essential for effective combat simulation, enabling trainees to engage with dynamic targets. This project creates a compact lightweight system capable of providing real-time 3D tracking and engagement feedback, allowing for integration of autonomous platforms into training exercises.

Community Benefit

This project allows for important and accurate testing scenarios for the military involving robots. By providing a safe and accurate way to simulate real-world scenarios, it helps improve the effectiveness and reliability of these systems.
