Improving Project Management

Abstract
Our project involves building a recommendation engine using a Neo4j plugin within the Django web framework for our sponsor, The Silver Logic. Our application is used as an example for showcasing Neo4j & Django cross functionality in order to display the usefulness of the Neo4j plugin maintained by The Silver Logic. Community Benefit: This new tool makes it easier to understand and interact with the project management data in a meaningful way.
