Building Futures Summer Camp

Civil, Environmental, and Geomatics Engineering 

The Building Futures Summer Camp provides high school students with an exciting opportunity to explore civil and environmental engineering. Participants will engage in hands-on activities and tackle real-world challenges, including:

Environmental Engineering: Solid waste management and environmental problem-solving.
Concrete Technologies: Traditional and modern methods, including 3D printing.
Transportation Engineering: Traffic systems, simulations, and sustainable infrastructure.

Workshop Details

  • Dates: Monday, July 27, 2026, through Thursday, July 30, 2026
  • Time: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Location: FAU's Boca Raton Campus
  • Ages: 9th – 12th grade
  • Capacity: Maximum 30 participants
  • Cost: Free
