COMBINED BS/MS Degree Program

Each department within the College of Engineering and Computer Science offers combined BS/MS programs that allow students to begin graduate coursework during their undergraduate studies.

Benefits of the Program

• Complete the MS in just one additional year (five years total)
• Apply up to 12 credits (four courses) toward both BS and MS degrees
• No GRE required for admission
• Eligible for $2,000 Combined Degree Scholarship (learn more)
• Florida Bright Futures may cover up to 15 MS credits at the undergraduate in-state tuition rate
• Significant cost savings: total tuition for the BS/MS can be as low as approximately 64% of a traditional MS, and as low as 47% with Florida Bright Futures suppport
• Opportunities for funding through teaching and research assistantships, which may include full tuition coverage, a stipend, and benefits*
