ISRAEL FILM WEEK 28 Oct-2 Nov - POSTPONED!

https://www.fau.edu/artsandletters/jewishstudies/israel-film-week/

We regret to inform you that, in light of the recent events unfolding in Israel, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the upcoming Israel Film Week, originally scheduled for Oct 28-Nov 2.

The ongoing situation in Israel and its associated uncertainties necessitate a postponement of this event to a more appropriate time when circumstances allow for a more harmonious and enjoyable cultural exchange.

We remain committed to promoting and celebrating the rich and diverse culture of Israel through film, and we look forward to rescheduling this event once the situation has stabilized and it is appropriate to do so. Updates regarding the rescheduling of the event will be communicated as soon as the situation permits.

Thank you for your understanding, and please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,

Rachel S. Harris, Director of the Program in Jewish Studies at Florida Atlantic University

Linda Medvin, Director of the Arthur and Emalie Gutterman Family Center for Holocaust and Human Rights Education
