Emergency Student Assistance
EMERGENCY STUDENT AID APPLICATION
Emergency aid for emergency or crisis situations. Examples of these situations include: homelessness (living in your car, temporarily staying with friends or family, living at a shelter, or other temporary housing situation), loss of employment, a disaster to your home, or other demonstrated financial challenge. Each application will be reviewed and assistance will be offered on a case-by-case basis, as funds permit.
Reminder: If you haven’t already, be sure to complete the FAFSA . It is a key step in being considered for federal, state, and university aid—including emergency funding.
Please note that the Financial Aid Office will begin accepting CARES Applications once the Summer 2026 term officially begins. Students may submit the CARES Emergency Application during the first week of Summer 2026 classes if experiencing an extenuating circumstance or hardship that is creating financial difficulty.
