Modular Parking Planner

Overview

Parking Planner is an innovative project aimed at streamlining the creation of parking spaces within parking lots, enabling architects and designers to optimize their time and focus on essential tasks. By leveraging the power of Revit, Python, and Dynamo, this project automates the process of generating parking spaces. The script intelligently analyzes the available space and employs algorithms to efficiently allocate parking spaces. With Revit's user-friendly interface, architects and designers can input specific requirements such as size and layout parameters. Parking Planner then swiftly generates a detailed parking plan, eliminating the need for manual design iterations. This solution not only reduces the time and effort required for parking space creation but also empowers professionals to dedicate their expertise to other critical aspects of their projects.

Parking Planning can be time consuming for designers and take away from more important aspects of designing a building and the space around it.  The modular parking planner allows designers to automate the process of planning the layout of a parking lot. This allows for more time to be set aside to other things during the design process and
