Helen Blouet is a Visiting Professor of Anthropology. She earned her PhD from Syracuse University. Over her career, she has taught extensively in archaeology as well as in subfields of medical, cultural, and biological anthropology. Helen ’s research covers three different areas: historical archaeology of burial and commemoration, anthropological pedagogy, and medical anthropological investigations of COVID and Long COVID. She is excited to teach in FAU’s Anthropology Department. Go Owls!
