Sam S. Moghadam

Sam S. Moghadam specializes in estates, trusts, probate, guardianship, and asset protection. He expertly guides clients through strategic, tax-advantaged estate planning and navigates complex litigation and contested trust matters. Highly regarded for his guardianship expertise, Sam serves as a Court-Appointed Attorney for Florida’s 15th and 17th Judicial Circuits. In 2026, he made history as the youngest Chair of the Broward County Bar Association’s Trusts, Estates, Probate, and Guardianship Section.

Deeply committed to his community, Sam sits on the Florida Atlantic University Advisory Board Committee and the Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters Board. Before practicing law, he covered South Florida's major sports teams for ESPN—a background that honed his high-pressure precision and communication skills.

Sam holds a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University and a B.A. in Economics from FAU.
