Ayreh Lehrer

Aryeh Lehrer is a senior human resources executive currently serving as National Vice President of Talent Attraction & Acquisition at Comcast, where he has spent the last 12 years of his career. Recognized for building high‑performing recruitment organizations and driving innovative, data‑driven talent strategies, he partners closely with executive leadership to strengthen workforce planning, elevate employer brand, and enhance the end‑to‑end candidate experience. Prior to joining Comcast Aryeh spent time in various leadership roles across sales and human resources at various companies in the telecommunications and technology sectors. In addition to his corporate leadership, Aryeh is an active board member supporting education, leadership development, and diversity initiatives. He serves on the Florida Atlantic University Alumni Board of Directors, The Dean's Advisory Board for the FAU College of Arts and Letters, the National Diversity Council Board of Directors, and Board of Directors for Rales Jewish Family Services.
