2025 Virtual Statewide Job Fair

The Florida Career Centers are excited to present the Virtual Statewide Job Fair May 15, 2025. This event offers a fantastic chance to connect with employers seeking students and alumni for full-time and part-time roles.

Students can begin registering March 1st thru the day of the fair. Once registered for the fair, students can update their profiles for employers and upload a resume. No appointments required, just register and attend the day of the fair to meet with employers via video chat.

Summer Parking e-Permit Availability

Welcome to the Summer 2025 Semester! Summer 2025 parking ePermits for students will be available starting May 7.

Click the button below and follow the prompts to register. License plate numbers serve as the vehicle identifier (license plates do not have the letter “O” only number “0”), so please be sure all information is correct to avoid receiving a citation. You are allowed up to two vehicles per permit, but only one vehicle may be parked on campus at a time. For more information, visit FAU Parking and Transportation Services.

2025 Summer Parking Closures Notification

Construction will occur on Parking Garage 3 and Parking Lots 22 and 23 throughout the upcoming summer.

Parking Garage 3 will be closed beginning Thursday, May 1, and is expected to re-open by Saturday, Aug. 16. Parking Lot 22 will be closed beginning Saturday, May 3, and is expected to re-open by Saturday, Aug. 9. Parking Lot 23 will be closed beginning May 3 and is expected to re-open by Aug. 16.



Road Closure and Bus Stop Relocation Notification

St. Lucie Avenue will permanently close for regular traffic effective Thursday, May 8, 2025.

A new road, St. Lucie Ave. Extension, will open in July 2026 and allow through traffic to East University Drive. In addition, the St. Lucie Ave. South shuttle bus stop has been relocated from Parking Lot 102 to the circle at Parliament Hall. Access to Parking Garage 2 is only available via Arts Ave. A pedestrian safety access sidewalk will be installed from Parking Lot 28 to the Parliament Hall entrance (north of the construction site for Talon Hall). Parking Lot 28 is only accessible via Arts Ave.

The SUMMER 2025 Short Term Advancement Application is now open.

Are you short of funds to buy textbooks? Do you need emergency funds because of unanticipated living expenses? Apply for the Short Term Advance online from via MyFAU. Go to the Money Matters tile, then Short Term Advance. Students may borrow up to $750 for purchasing textbooks, other educational expenses, or unanticipated living expenses.

School of the Environment Scholarship

Apply for the new WLW Environment and Student Success Scholarship! Undergraduate students with a demonstrated interest in environmental science can apply for up to $7,500 in support for the Fall 2025 semester.
