Welcome to iCommute, FAU's Commuter Student Life program! We strive to meet the needs of our commuter student population, as well as to encourage student involvement in the many opportunities available! We are excited to offer a variety of programs and services such as the Commuter Check-In, Lunch and Learn series, Wake Up Wednesdays, and more!

We encourage you to stop by the Office of Student Activities and Involvement, located on the 2nd floor of the Student Union on the Boca Raton Campus to learn more!


A special welcome to our commuter students, with programming aimed at making a connection to the university in order to start off on the right path.
Are you looking to be successful while at FAU? Then you'll not want to miss the Commuter Check-In, there will be opportunities to network with other commuter students, faculty, and staff as well as learn more about the many opportunities and resources available to you.
This programming series will offer guest speakers from both on and off-campus. Come, bring your lunch, and learn more about topics such as how to navigate public transportation, financial literacy, and more!
Come join us for coffee and some snacks on your way to class, and interact with other commuter students!
Are you looking for off-campus housing? Look no further than the Off-Campus Housing Fair where local properties will come to campus to highlight the various rental units available.
We want to show our commuter students just how important you are to the university! We have a week's worth of programming aimed at saying thank you!
A component part of Weeks of Welcome, Get Wow'd takes place immediately following Convocation and offers students a chance to interact with the many clubs and organizations as well as departments. ClubFest, hosted by the Council of Student Organizations (COSO) and offers students an additional opportunity to connect with the many student clubs and organizations at FAU.
Parent Family Weekend offers students and their families a chance to experience campus life by taking part in events, a football game, and much more!
Homecoming brings together Owls from across the country to increase global awareness, citizenship, and unyielding institutional pride.
Similar to ClubFest which takes place in the Fall, the Spring Involvement Rally offers students the opportunity to interact with the many clubs and organizations FAU has!
