thee-day event
where participants form teams of 3-6 people to create innovative solutions to life science problems that stand in the way of people living a longer, healthier life.
The Center for Molecular Biology and Biotechnology’s Biotech Hackathon initiative was named one of three 2025 University Economic Development Association Awards of Excellence Talent finalists.
Florida Atlantic University’s Center for Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (CMBB) dedicated its annual meeting, held Sept. 15 at the John D. MacArthur Campus, to honoring the center’s founding director Herbert Weissbach, Ph.D.
This summer, Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Science’s Center for Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (CMBB) piloted a new program to introduce high school students and their teachers to advanced biotechnology research.
FAU’s Center for Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, within the Charles E. Schmidt College of Science, has announced the inaugural winners of its Biotech Bridge Hackathon.
The collaborative research agreement between Cleveland Clinic and the Charles E. Schmidt College of Science will provide students in Integrative Biology and Chemistry doctoral programs with hands-on, state-of-the-art biomedical research training.
