Salary

  • PGY-1: $61,295
  • PGY-2: $63,561
  • PGY-3: $66,037

Benefits

  • Educational stipend: $1,200 per year
  • Training licensure: $200 onetime benefit (initial license)
  • Residents receive 4 weeks of paid vacation, with schedule built to prioritize resident requests
  • Resident meal credit: $210 biweekly stipend for the cafeterias as both Boca and Bethesda hospitals
  • Residents are provided with an iPhone and service plan (paid by FAU)
  • Free onsite parking is available at all facilities
