Benefits
- Educational stipend: $1,200 per year
- Training licensure: $200 onetime benefit (initial license)
- Residents receive 4 weeks of paid vacation, with schedule built to prioritize resident requests
- Resident meal credit: $210 biweekly stipend for the cafeterias as both Boca and Bethesda hospitals
