Facutly Represent FAU CEGE at City of Lauderhill Youth Excel STEM Summit

Dr. Yalan Liu and Dr. Abdellatef attended the City of Lauderhill Youth Excel STEM Summit on March 19th, 2025 to represent our Civil, Environmental, and Geomatics Engineering Department. Hosted by Lauderhill 6-12 STEM-MED Magnet School, the event was an exciting opportunity to inspire young students to dive into the world of STEM.

Our faculty members were actively involved, leading hands-on activities and engaging discussions that showcased the vast opportunities in civil, environmental, and geomatic engineering. The students' enthusiasm was palpable, and it was fantastic to see them so engaged and curious about the potential paths in STEM fields.
