What is the FCLE Works Remote 24/7? |
The FCLE Works Remote 24/7 is a flexible, online proctored option designed to fulfill the Florida Civic Literacy Exam (FCLE) assessment requirement. This service is administered and monitored by a certified third-party proctoring provider, ensuring a secure and reliable testing experience available around the clock.
To participate in taking the FCLE Works Remote 24/7, you must first obtain explicit permission from the testing center at your current university. Once approved, this exam satisfies the civic literacy graduation requirement for all State University System (SUS) institutions in Florida. The test is timed at two hours and consists of 80 multiple-choice questions; students must correctly answer at least 48 (60%) to pass.

- Registration without institutional permission will result in non-refundable fees.
- If you are an FAU student, it is required for you to use your FAU Email Address
- For FAU students: Prior to payment, email fautesting@fau.edu to request approval and receive further guidance.

Flexible Testing Option |
This exam will be proctored by a third-party proctoring vendor (MeazureLearningLive+). You will receive a voucher to schedule your remote testing session with MeazureLearningLive+. The vouchers are generated in 3-5 business days. The results are accessed by your university testing center. Students must wait 7-10 business days and then contact their university testing center for their results.

When scheduling your proctoring session, your voucher will be valid for 21 days. If your voucher expires, you will have to purchase a new voucher for $58.50.

ID INFORMATION
Valid (non-expired) Government-issued photo ID is required and must be presented prior to testing. The TEST TAKER'S photo ID must match exactly the name you used when registering. (i.e., double or hyphenated last names. If the ID that you are using on test day has 2 last names, then you MUST register using BOTH last names.)

Retake Policy |
If students need to retake the exam, they must wait a minimum of two weeks before doing so.
