Application Instructions
Eligibility:

Enlisted or entered Active Duty for the first time on or after September 11, 2001. You must possess an Honorable Discharge. |
Prior to completing the necessary forms for Chapter 33 benefits, you may want to determine your eligibility by calling 1-888-GIBill-1 (1-888-442-4551). This number is also a great source of additional assistance in reference to benefit amounts and processing times. For additional inquiries, you may want to view the following website: http://www.gibill.va.gov/.
Next, you may complete the following forms with Florida Atlantic University:
| 1. | Complete the VA Certification Request Form. |
| 2. | Apply online or Complete Form 22-1990 – Application For Education Benefits. |
| 3. | Provide a copy of the DD214 - Member 4 (Honorable |
| Discharge). | |
| 4. | Prior Education and Training Verification Form . |
