Celebrating the Successful Completion of Cohort 4

We are thrilled to celebrate the achievements of the fourth cohort of NRT students. On August 11, 2025, we gathered to honor their hard work, dedication, and accomplishments, and to wish them every success in their future endeavors.

This exceptional group included six fully funded students and one non-funded participant, representing a wide range of disciplines: Computer Information Technology, Software Engineering with minors in Mathematics and Physics, Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration, Biochemistry, Management Economics, Computer Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Each graduate successfully earned a certificate in the NSF–HDR Graduate Traineeship in Data Science Technologies and Applications.

Cohort 4’s achievements were remarkable. Highlights include the submission of a manuscript for publication, notable interdisciplinary research collaborations, and active participation in events that strengthened both their networking abilities and academic preparedness. We are especially proud to share that one graduate will be continuing on to pursue a Ph.D. and has already secured a Graduate Research Assistant position at the Center of Connected Autonomy and AI within the Department of Engineering.
