Federal Electronic Proposal Submission Systems

Many sponsoring agencies use a variety of electronic systems for proposal submission and award management. Proposals submitted through sponsor systems must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Sponsored Programs prior to submission to the sponsor. In addition to completing the proposal application in the sponsor's electronic system, a proposal file must be initiated in Novelution and routed for approvals by the Department, College, and Office of Sponsored Programs.

The following is a partial listing of federal sponsors that require electronic proposal submission and a brief description of each system.

These systems require an Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR) in OSP to approve and submit proposals to the sponsor. It is important to create a proposal file in Novelution as soon as possible so that the review and approval is completed in time to meet the sponsor's deadline.
