Dr. Lashaki Presented at the FDOT Engineer4aDay Event

Dr. Masoud Jahandar Lashaki (Assistant Professor and Graduate Program Director) presented at the Engineer4aDay event held on March 6^th, 2024, at the Florida Department of Transportation’s District 4 office in Fort Lauderdale. Over 100 10^th and 11^th graders from local high schools attended the event to learn about transitioning into an engineering career. Dr. Jahandar Lashaki’s talk focused on the societal and economic importance of civil engineering and environmental engineering, and why FAU’s Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering is the right place to pursue relevant education.
