Betwixt and Between

The Life and Art of Fluxus Artist Dick Higgins

Ritter Art Gallery | September 8 - November 10, 2001

fluxus

Sometime during his long and fertile career as an artist, poet, writer, typographer, publisher, scholar, musicologist, father and friend to many, Dick Higgins had put it this way: “Fluxus is not a moment in history, or an art movement. Fluxus is a way of doing things, a tradition, and a way of life and death.”

A traveling exhibition organized by the Book and Paper Arts in cooperation with the Estate of Dick Higgins.
