On-Campus Housing at FAU

Housing is an important part of any collegiate experience, and as a National Merit Scholar at FAU no matter which campus experience you choose to pursue, you certainly have a wide range of housing options!

In order to secure housing, you must be admitted to FAU and have paid your tuition deposit prior to applying for on-campus living. It is strongly encouraged and highly recommended to apply early as space is limited and the demand for housing is high. The first-year requirement for students outside of 30 miles has been suspended starting in spring 2023 for first-year students on the Boca Raton campus. This policy does NOT apply to students attending the Wilkes Honors College in Jupiter. On the Jupiter campus, there is a two-year on-campus living experience required for all Jupiter campus students.
