* Each block is 2-4 weeks. During each week, fellows will have ½ day of Outpatient Continuity Clinic at one of our affiliated Conviva Care Centers. When they are on Conviva rotations, they will also attend Post-Acute/Long-Term Care rounds with Dr. Ouslander or his designee if not available, and will be involved in teaching residents and students.
Fellows will have 3 weeks for vacation, and additional time to attend one or more state or national meetings.
