Dean Michael J. Horswell has been named one of The Boca Raton Historical Society's 23 Luminaries of the 2000s to be honored during this years' Walk of Recognition. The centennial celebration recognizes individuals and institutions whose vision, leadership, and service have strengthened the Boca Raton community. This years Walk of Recognition event will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 6 pm at The Addison.

The honorees will be jointly recognized on a special centennial plaque that will be installed at Royal Palm Place. Each year, people who have made an impact on the community in education, healthcare, culture, civic leadership, business, philanthropy and community service are recognized.
