Call for Abstracts: 24th Annual Tri-University Graduate Conference

The steering committee of the Tri-University Graduate Conference, supported by the Americas Initiative, invites submissions for its 24th Annual Conference, under the theme: In the “Aquí y Ahora”: Trans-American Experiences Across Spatial and Social Intersections. Organized by Florida International University (FIU), University of Miami (UM), and Florida Atlantic University (FAU), and hosted by FAU, the Conference will be held on April 10, 2026, in-person, at the Florida Atlantic University campus, Boca Raton, FL.

Key Dates:

• Submission Deadline: February 28, 2026
• Notification of Acceptance: March 10, 2026

The conference welcomes proposals that engage with, but are not limited to, the following areas Trans-American: Community & Displacement, Border Realities, Intersectional Identities, Environmental Challenges, Digital and Cultural Spheres, and Linguistic Landscapes. All disciplines are welcome.
