Measurement of NAD levels in individuals with and without Alzheimer's Disease using 1H-MRS

We are recruiting 10 healthy volunteers and 10 Alzheimer's patients between age 65 and 80. Volunteers will dedicate two mornings, 8 months apart, to the study.

• You are under 65 or over 80 years old.
• You believe you can't rest quietly in an MRI machine.
• You have certain types of pacemakers or other electronic devices.
• You work at night.
• You have cancer or were diagnosed with cancer within the last 5 years.

• We will provide a $50 gift card to defray transportation costs.
• You will help researchers accelerate the development of treatments to slow or stop the progression of Alzheimer's.
