Crystal Conway

Crystal Conway, MS, MB(ASCP), earned her Master of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is a Clinical Research Laboratory Specialist supporting the Clinical Research Unit (CRU) at Florida Atlantic University (FAU). She brings over 20 years of experience in laboratory operations, quality management, and regulatory compliance across clinical diagnostics, biotechnology startups, forensic laboratories, and academic research environments. Throughout her career, she has built and scaled quality systems, supported clinical trial readiness, and led inspection and accreditation efforts under CLIA, FDA, GCP, and related regulatory frameworks. At FAU, Crystal partners with principal investigators and study teams to develop compliant workflows, support IRB and regulatory requirements, and ensure high-quality laboratory practices that advance clinical research excellence.
