Faculty Assembly Curriculum (M.D.) Integration and Program Evaluation Subcommittee (CIPEC)
CIPEC plays a vital role in shaping the educational landscape of our institution by meticulously reviewing our curriculum. Our subcommittee focuses on several key areas, including assessing curriculum content for gaps and redundancies, ensuring seamless integration of subjects across study periods and years, monitoring student learning outcomes, and evaluating program effectiveness. With a diverse and dedicated membership, CIPEC comprises individuals from various facets of our academic community, including course directors, core clerkship directors, curriculum thread directors, student representatives, and faculty members, among others. We convene monthly to deliberate on these critical matters and present recommendations to the Committee on Medical Curriculum and Competencies (COMCC). Our commitment to maintaining a robust curriculum and fostering effective program evaluation is unwavering.
