Graduate School Exploration

National Merit Scholars are prized not only at FAU, but at schools across the country. While we would love to keep all NMS students here at FAU for their graduate studies, we know that students may choose to spread their wings elsewhere, or pursue graduate level studies in programs across the world. Students from the Wilkes Honors College have an impressive record of graduate placement across the United States and the world.

For that reason, we offer Graduate School Exploration counseling with Casey Hampton, Associate Director of the Scholars Program. Mr. Hampton has worked at a number of different educational institutions, including Georgia Tech, Loyola University New Orleans, the University of North Florida, and Kennesaw State University and earned his Master's Degree in Higher Education Administation from Georgia Southern University. Whether you choose to remain at FAU to pursue the furthering of your academics and want to be connected to the Graduate College at FAU, or wish to study elsewhere, Mr. Hampton is here to work through questions, pointers, and concerns with NMS students interested in continuing their academic pursuits.
