Dr. Cesar Honored by Center for Peace, Justice, and Human Rights

Gabriel Cesar, PhD, assistant professor in the SCCJ, has been honored with the Faculty Affiliate of the Year award from the Center for Peace, Justice and Human Rights (PJHR). The new, annual award goes to a PJHR faculty affiliate deemed to go above and beyond in service to the center’s mission. Dr. Cesar said the $800 award funding will be put toward equipment for upcoming research into cognitive decision-making during violent encounters.
