Dr. LeaAnne DeRigne Examines Impact of Scheduling on Job Satisfaction
A new study co-authored by LeaAnne DeRigne, PhD, MSW, professor in the Sandler School of Social Work, along with several professors from Cleveland State University, explores the relationship between paid time off and voluntary turnover. In particular, the paper considers the mediating effect of job satisfaction and the interaction effect of flexible scheduling. Entitled “The role of paid time off, flexible scheduling and job satisfaction in voluntary turnover,” the article was published in the International Journal of Manpower.
