Sandra Jakubow

Sandra Jakubow holds a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University, where she was a first-generation college student. She joined the advising staff in the College of Social Work and Criminal Justice after working at FAU for 18 years in Alumni and Community Engagement, The Mentoring Project and The Career Center.
Before rejoining FAU, Sandra worked at Palm Beach State College in Student Development/Advising. She advised students in choosing a career pathway and transfer institution.
Sandra advises the SOAR in 4 students as well as Criminal Justice and Social Work majors. She is passionate about helping students navigate their academic journey and achieve their career goals.

Keva Anderson-Konsker

Keva Anderson-Konsker holds a Masters of Arts in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University. She joined the advising staff in College of Social Work and Criminal Justice after serving 16 years in FAU’s Student-Athlete Center for Academic Excellence. She also holds bachelor degrees in Sociology and Management, in addition to certificate in Ethnic Studies.
As the retention advisor, Keva meets with students who are at-risk of being suspended or dismissed from the University. If you are on probation, suspended or have been dismissed from the University, please call her office directly to make an appointment.
Jared Bronstein

With over four years of experience in higher education, Jared Bronstein began as an Admissions Advisor and Campus Safety Coordinator at Palm Beach State College. There, he enjoyed supporting prospective students as they worked toward their educational goals while also fostering a safe and welcoming campus environment.
Jared later served as a Scholarship and Donor Coordinator, expanding philanthropic initiatives and strengthening donor partnerships. From new student orientation and onboarding through graduation, he has remained committed to guiding students as they excel in their academic journeys.
Having grown up in Boca Raton, Florida, being part of the FAU family is especially meaningful to Jared. In his new role, he looks forward to supporting students from recruitment to degree completion. Outside of work, Jared enjoys sports, going to the beach, and spending time with his family and friends.
Gina Cinotti Ed.D.

Dr. Gina Cinotti is a seasoned educational leader with over 27 years of experience in New Jersey’s public school system, including 10 years in executive leadership as both Superintendent and Principal—a rare dual role that gave her firsthand insight into district-wide operations and daily school management. Her career also includes 7 years supervising guidance and counseling services across five schools in a K–12 district, blending strategic oversight with deep student-centered support.
Dr. Cinotti holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and an M.A. in Education/Student Personnel Services from Seton Hall University, as well as a B.S. in Mathematics/Secondary Education from the State University of New York at Cortland. Her academic foundation complements her practical expertise in policy, compliance, and organizational systems.
Ines Moorhouse

Ines Moorhouse holds a Master of Arts in Adult & Community Education Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Florida Atlantic University. She joined the College of Social Work and Criminal Justice advising team after more than 20 years of dedicated service to families and students across Palm Beach and Broward Counties. She previously worked at FAU in the College of Education as a graduate assistant and at the Center for Holocaust and Human Rights Education as an instructional specialist. Beyond these roles, she has experience in social work, piano instruction, and secondary teaching.
Outside of FAU, she occasionally participates in volunteer and advocacy efforts. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, playing and teaching piano, and spending time with friends, family, and her cats.
Ms. Moorhouse takes pride in providing the guidance sought by young adults faced with daunting choices, as they lay the foundation for their livelihood. She is bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish).

Oswaldo Sierra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and a Master of Science degree from Florida National University. He has worked for over 13 years in higher education as an admissions advisor and as an academic advisor, helping many students achieve their academic goals. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his family and friends, along with attending live sporting events.

Courtney Taylor is an experienced academic advisor, having supported both undergraduate and graduate students in higher education.
A 2026 graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Courtney earned her Master of Arts in English and taught English Composition during her graduate program. Courtney also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing with a minor in Psychology from Marshall University in West Virginia.
In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her two black cats and writing by the water. She looks forward to advising students and supporting their progress toward degree completion.

Jacqueline Martinez graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. She has always felt passionate about helping people, so she is eager to use her skills and experience to support students and advance the College’s mission. Growing up in South Florida, Jacqueline developed a strong appreciation for nature, so she enjoys indoor gardening and volunteering at environmental events, such as beach cleanups and tree plantings. She also loves spending time with her family and friends, listening to music, eating Mexican food, roller skating, and crocheting.
