Biochemistry Lab
The Exercise Biochemistry Laboratory was established in 2011 and located in Arena GY 152 in the Department of Exercise Science and Health Promotion. The mission of our laboratory is to expand the knowledge and research experiences of our students, and answer novel research questions that bring the students and faculty in the forefront of the exercise science field. The faculty and student research varies from finding performance and muscle damage markers to understanding the psychopathology and immunology of obesity in response to both acute and chronic exercise, and employed as a practical supplement to lecture-based courses.
