Notes regarding the amended report:

Update of HEERF 3 Quarter 4 (Dec.31st): Accounting adjustments were made after the original report date to reclassify additional expenses of unpaid student balances.
Negative Expenses on HEERF 3 Quarter 1 (March 31st): The current report for quarter 1 for HEERF3 shows a cumulative balance of -$2,238,576 for (a)(1) institutional dollars. This is primarily due to the transfer of unpaid student account balances that were seen in previous quarterly reports of about $3.1M from the (a)(1) dollars to the HSI (a)(2) dollars. This total amount was spread across all of the HEERF funds (I-III) under the HSI or (a)(2) designation and can be seen as an expense for this quarter in the HEERF I and HEERF II reports. This transfer also affected the F&A amount on these grants, which is also reflected in this report.
The original amount reported for Section (a)(1) was $34,247,784. The revised amount is $34,280,656.
The original amount reported for Section (a)(2) was $4,367,802. The revised amount is $4,356,238.
