RESIDENTIAL MAIL SERVICES

BOCA CAMPUS

  • If you live in a west campus building, you will pick up your letter mail and packages from the Atlanitc Park Towers mailroom.
  • If you live in a east campus building you will pick up your packages from the mailroom and your letter mail from your mailbox.

JUPITER CAMPUS

  • Packages and letter mail can be picked up from the package center located in RH3 for all buildings.

Open: Mon. - Fri. and Sat.
Hours are posted at mailroom

Packages will be accepted starting 10 days before move-in.

PACKAGE PICK UP
When you receive a package in the mail, an email will be sent to your FAU email. To pick up your package, bring a picture identification with you to your area mail center. During break housing and semester closing times, the mail delivery process will be slowed and the mail centers potentially closed. All residents must check the flyers posted in the mail center areas for current information and/or changes to mail center policies, procedures and operating times. If you have any questions, or concerns, please contact residentialmail@fau.edu.

MAIL FORWARDING
Residents must send an email to pbmsmailservices@fau.edu with their full name, street address, city, state and zip code. Residents are responsible for notifying all subscription vendors and billing agencies at least 30 days in advance of checking out of University Housing of their change of address. If the resident doesn’t notify pbmsmailservices@fau.edu in a timely manner his or her mail may be delayed.
