Campus Hazing Transparency Report

Pursuant to the federal Stop Campus Hazing Act (S.2901, H.R. 5646; Public Law No. 118-173), Florida Atlantic University publishes a report summarizing responsible finding of hazing misconduct involving recognized student organizations. The information below includes:

• Name of Organization
• Date of Hazing Incident(s)
• Date Reported
• Dates of Investigation
• Date of Responsible Finding
• Date the Decision Issued
• Responsible Policy Violation(s)
• Sanction(s) Issued
• General description of Hazing Incident(s)

Items not included: reports of hazing that did not result in a finding of responsibility; any recognized student organization under active investigation or pending student conduct proceedings; personally identifying information of any individual student who may have been involved hazing misconduct.

The University updates this report throughout the calendar year, but no less than two (2) times per year, and will maintain this report for five (5) calendar years from the date of publication of each update.
