This policy will ensure that the College maintains consistent faculty promotion compensation among all clinical specialties and recognizes that the economic environment in which our academic enterprise exists is continually changing. Increases hereunder may be modified at the Dean & Chief of Health Affairs’ discretion to address published national salary surveys such as the Association of American Medical Colleges and Medical Group Management Association.
