All participants on Certification Courses must be 18 years of age or older.
No one under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing legal drugs will be allowed to participate.
Participants must complete all course requirements to the satisfaction of the governing organization. Anyone who does not complete course requirements will not be awarded the certification.
For blended learning courses (partially online), participants must complete the online portion prior to the in-person session. Individuals who do not complete the online portion will not be permitted into the in-person class session and will forfeit their registration fee.
Participants are required to participate in all class activities, with reasonable accommodations. If you need accommodations in order to attend this course, please email us at outdoor@fau.edu.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing that they can move around in. More information will be provided for multi-day courses on recommended attire.
Enrollment in a certification course does not provide parking. Please ensure that you have paid necessary parking fees prior to your course by visiting www.fau.edu/parking/. Outdoor Recreation & Experiential Education and Campus Recreation are not responsible for citations incurred by participants.
