Nominees should be faculty or staff members within UGS who are employed full-time at the University. Nominations from others in the division or self-nominations are encouraged.

Two awards are available. Recipients will receive $750 plus a plaque recognizing their accomplishment. They will also be highlighted on the UGS website to be celebrated for years to come. Select the appropriate award and complete the NOMINATION FORM (you must be logged in with your FAU email account to access the nomination form). The nomination deadline is Friday, October 31, 2025 at 5 p.m.
