Technology and Society

This theme offers students an opportunity to critically examine the complex historical exchange between technology and human culture. Students will explore how decisions made within social structures influenced technology. Students who complete this thematic cluster will be well prepared to communicate their understanding of how technological ideas, tools, and techniques influenced societal and cultural change.
