Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast strives to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy through work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy instruction.
Junior Achievement K-12 Program Support Intern allows for the opportunity to work with a non-profit to impact local students and schools.
What type of student? The ideal candidate is interested in helping give students a brighter future. Marketing, Education, and Business majors may be best suited. The candidate should be comfortable with a virtual work environment.
Skills Preferred:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
- Comfortable using different video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams)
Position Responsibilities:
- Editing and creating content for monthly newsletter
- Event and program assistance
- Social media (experience with Canva is a bonus)
- Working with local schools and K-12 students
- Junior Achievement program delivery via G-Suite
Time Commitment: Approximately 20 hours
Expected start and end date: Flexible
