Research Interests

Dr. Miller’s work centers on evidence-based writing interventions aimed at improving outcomes for students with disabilities. She has a particular focus on Self-Regulated Strategy Development (SRSD) in writing. Her research also emphasizes teacher education and professional development, especially in identifying best practices that enhance the effectiveness of special education teachers in inclusive classroom settings.
